I’m an under-board nurse, can I apply? Yes!

Do you accept nurses without experience? Yes!

Do you accept RNs with expired BLS and/or IVT? BLS is absolutely required but IVT is not. If you have IVT certification may it be expired you may present it to us.

What happens next after submitting my application? Our associates undergo a careful screening process that includes:

· Personal interview and application with verifiable work history and professional references

· Competency demonstrated by appropriate examination and skills inventory

· Verification of professional license • Basic Life Support and other certifications as necessary

· Documented physical exam

· Background check and drug screening

How do I know your company is legit? We are a duly registered company and we’ve been in the healthcare business for more than 17 years!

Do you accept members above 50 years old? Yes, we do! You will be assessed during the interview and you just need to pass the assessments and physical exam. Before applying, please understand that we are a registry and it’s the client or the patient’s family who will decide if they will hire you for the case. We have a good number of associates who are older than 50 years old and have been with us for many years so don’t be discouraged.

Do you issue a Certificate of Employment? No, we don’t. You will not be an employee of Nightingale but rather, a member of our registry. As a member, we can issue you a certificate of membership which is what we’ve been issuing to our members and former members for many years. It’s the same document our former associates used when they applied abroad.
